Samples are paid; international shipping is paid by the buyer. Sample fees can be credited against a qualifying first order, as agreed in writing.
The exact series and color you’re evaluating — vacuum-sealed, same spec as production.
A passing sample approves the product for your use case; production approval still follows the order process.
A sample without criteria is just filament. A validation round has three written inputs:
Machine, nozzle, temperatures, speeds, environment — the profile you’ll actually run.
Which parts you print, what you measure, how many runs per condition.
Numeric thresholds: dimensional tolerance, surface quality, strength, flexibility — agreed before results exist.
