How long does production take?+

Lead time is confirmed per project after sample or artwork approval and payment. It depends on material, color, quantity and packaging.

How is the filament packed?+

Each 1 kg spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant in an individual box. Export carton: 10 spools, 34×22.5×41.6 cm, ≈13.1 kg gross.

Can you match custom colors?+

Yes. A physical sample is preferred; Pantone or reference images also work with a reasonable tolerance. A matching fee may apply.
