Grade availability and exact parameters are quoted per project with approved documentation. What matters upfront is which decisions ABS actually drives.

Modified ABS grades exist in the market; we only present a grade as an upgrade when its documentation supports the specific claim.

Dimensional & Printing Validation

For jigs, fixtures and mating parts, dimensional behavior decides whether ABS works for you. Validate it deliberately:

Shrink compensation — measure the same part across at least two batches before locking CAD offsets
Warp anchors — test your real geometry, not a benchmark cube
Layer adhesion — evaluate on parts loaded in the direction they’ll actually be used
Environment — chamber temperature and bed adhesion method recorded with results
